This theory about Game of Thrones' Sansa and Arya Stark changes everything
We can't handle it
We can't handle it
You could argue that Game of Thrones is the king of television when it comes to dropping subtle hints. That show just loves to toy with our emotions.
For example, most recently this hidden detail in the Season 7 premiere suggests how one of the biggest characters is going to die, while in the second episode they planted a subtle detail that only readers of the books would have picked up on. It's all about the subtlety in Game of Thrones.
The internet's latest discovery involves the Stark sisters, Sansa and Arya. And as usual: this is your official warning that the rest of this article contains massive spoilers.
So, if you're not up-to-date with the latest seasons, look away now.
Now.
As you well know, when Arya abandoned her training with the Faceless Men last month, Jaqen H'ghar said to her: 'Finally a girl is no one,' to which Arya responded: 'A girl is Arya Stark of Winterfell, and I'm going home.'

Meanwhile Jon Snow tells Sansa that he'll protect her from Ramsay Bolton, to which Sansa replies: 'No one can protect me. No one can protect anyone.' Bit dramatic, Sansa.
At the time, we just brushed this off as classic Game of Thrones melodrama because, let's face it, nobody on that show is safe from death.
But what if this was actually a huge clue that 'No one' is in fact a reference to Arya Stark, who is coming home to protect Sansa?
We can't help thinking this is all more than just a huge coincidence, given the show's track record.

Guess we'll just have to watch the rest of Season 7 to see if our suspicions are correct...
