These are the celebrities, public figures and companies who have used Twitter to show off the sparkling personalties we never knew they had.
1. James Blunt
This is probably, nay definitely, the best Twitter account in all of Twitterland. Jame Blunt's self-deprecating, quick-witted, killer one-liners have made us see this posh crooner in a whole new light. Blunty responds to his haters with wickedly clever and cutting put-downs. How's this for an example?
Nasty tweeter: 'James Blunt just has an annoying face and a highly irritating voice.'
Blunt: 'And no mortgage.'
Or,
Nasty tweeter: 'I must be 1 of only 2 who genuinely likes every @jamesblunt song. The other person being him.'
Blunt: 'Nope, you're on your own.'
2. Anna Kendrick
That's right. The Twilight and Pitch Perfect actress. Didn't know she was a total hoot? Us neither. But her witty and on-point tweets and day-to-day observations have earned her a whopping 1.5 million followers. Don't believe us? THIS is her Twitter intro: 'Pale, awkward and very very small. Form an orderly queue, gents. Location: probably by the food.'
3. Josh Groban
He's a singer that your grandma probably goes wild for. We thought he was as cheesy as cheesy gets. We were wrong. Sample tweet: 'You guys lets just let Putin do whatever he wants. He's a good man. A strong man. Handsome. #sponsored.'
4. Old Spice
You all remember that brilliant Old Spice ad, right? You know, 'The Man Your Man Could Smell Like' ad? Well, the Old Spice Twitterfeed is just as full of LOLs. Who's laughing now? Well, us, as it turns out. Sample tweet: 'The first thing a woman notices is a man's hair, followed shortly by his muscles, gigantic leather belt and unlimited text messaging plan.'
5. Dean Norris
Dean Norris, who plays Hank in Breaking Bad, has previously been overshadowed by his now mega-famous colleagues, Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston. Until now, that is. His Twitter feed is pretty darn funny in a blokely, toilet humour kinda way. For some reason we're into it.
