WhatsApp introduced the new feature we've all been waiting for

Saving us from embarrassment, one message at a time
Yeah, so you know that drunken WhatsApp you sent your ex on a night out? You can now undo that. The messaging app has now introduced a life-saving feature called Recall, which will let you unsend texts - hopefully before anybody’s seen them.
The Whatsapp Recall feature has been in beta testing since April and you can unsend anything: texts, videos, images, GIFs, documents, status replies and quoted messages. There’s a little catch though - you only have a five minute window to recall something. After that period, that message is there to stay. Forever.
Even if there’s not a whole lot of time to recall something, we’ve been dreaming of this for years. A site called WABetaInfo - which beta tests new WhatsApp updates - broke the story and the feature (which is also known as Unsend or Revoke) is built into the new 2.17.30 version of the app.
However, you won’t see it yet because it’s still a hidden feature and it’s been speculated that Recall will probably be rolled out remotely. That said, WABetaInfo also said that there’s a possibility that it might not be activated until a later version of WhatsApp is created...way to get a girl’s hopes up.
