Here’s everything you need to know…

The Cambridges are one of the most talked-about families in the world, but while the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spend the most time in front of the cameras, it’s their children that really steal the limelight.

It’s hardly surprising therefore that there are rumours that Prince George and Princess Charlotte have been given a bigger role at this year’s Trooping of the Colour, with the annual celebration of the Queen’s birthday taking place this weekend.

Royal experts have predicted that the two miniature royals will be making their carriage debut at Trooping of the Colour, riding with Kate Middleton in the parade at Horse Guards Parade.

Given that Prince Harry and Prince William were the same age as George and Charlotte are now when they first rode in the carriage, it would make sense. Not to mention, given the recent feud rumours to hit the royal family, Princess Charlotte showing off her wave could be exactly what the world needs.

But what about the rest of the Cambridge family?

Prince William is expected to ride on horseback and Prince Louis is set to make his Buckingham Palace balcony debut with the rest of the family.

It is not known whether Meghan Markle and her new baby Archie will be in attendance, with the Duchess of Sussex still on maternity leave, but Prince Harry is expected to be there.

Only time will tell.
