Prince William reveals the hilarious reason Kate wants to go on his tour

The Duchess of Cambridge is still on her maternity leave, with it announced just this week that she would be returning to her royal duties in October.
This does mean however that she will be missing Prince William’s tour to Africa, with the royal set to take off for Africa on a royal tour next week, scheduled to visit Namibia, Tanzania and Kenya.
While it’s hardly surprising that Kate gave the tour a miss, considering the fact that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will all be at Kensington Palace, the Duchess is reportedly getting FOMO over her husband’s imminent trip.
In fact, according to William, she’s ‘immensely jealous’.
‘I’m delighted to be be visiting Namibia for the first time,’ William announced at the British High Commissioner’s reception in Windhoek. ‘I am only sorry that my wife Catherine is not able to join me.’
Then going on to make a joke that every parent ever can relate to, William continued: 'She is immensely jealous, particularly as I am looking forward to a few good uninterrupted nights' sleep this week, away from my wonderful children.’

Prince William is setting off next week on the private working trip as United For Wildlife President and Tusk patron, ahead of the 2018 illegal Wildlife Trade Conference in London.
But according to OK! Magazine’s royal expert Christina Reeves, Kate might even have opted out of the trip even if she wasn’t on maternity leave.
‘Typically William has always worked solo in his fight against illegal wildlife trade,’ Reeves explained. 'This is why we wouldn’t see Kate join him on a trip like this or him joining Kate on her own personal projects, such as promoting the importance of perinatal, maternal and children’s mental health.’
Bon voyage Wills and we hope Kate gets some sleep!
