But this week it emerged that there is one health ritual that Meghan does every week, and it’s very millennial.
The answer - infrared saunas.
Yes, in a resurfaced 2015 interview with The Chalkboard, Meghan told them how she dedicated time each week to sit in an infrared sauna to ‘sweat out all the toxins.’

Meghan also went on in the interview with The Chalkboard to talk supplements, with the former Suits actress explaining her favourites. ‘Magnesium, B-12 drops, multivitamin, and Cortisol Manager before bed,’ she explained, before adding: ‘Sometimes ashwagandha makes it into the mix too!’
