And there’s a lot of speculation as to why…

We all remember the Kylie v Kylie feud of 2015 - seeing Kylie Jenner and Kylie Minogue engage in a trademark battle after the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star tried (unsuccessfully) to trademark the name they share.

Due to her business venture, Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Jenner is set to have a billion dollar beauty brand by 2022, and according to papers filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office in April 2015, she sought to register the name ‘Kylie’ for ‘advertising services’ and ‘endorsement services.’

Unsurprisingly, this didn’t go down well with Kylie Minogue, the Brit and Grammy Award-winning Australian pop singer selling over 65 million albums and performing worldwide as ‘Kylie’ since before Jenner was born. 'Hello… My name is KYLIE,’ she tweeted, having built her whole brand around the Kylie name and owning the website www.kylie.com.

After the drama that ensued, the world was surprised to hear that Kylie Jenner has trademarked another name just this week - and with rumours of Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy, there was speculation that it could give a hint to a baby name.

In fact, it turns out that the decision was more business-based, with Kylie trademarking the terms ‘Kylie truck’ and 'Kylie Jenner truck’.

According to TMZ, the reality star and beauty business mogul is planning on launching a new way of merchandising her products - in branded trucks filled with her famous Lip Kits. Yes, really.
