Yes really...

The past few months have seen Johnny Depp deep in a legal battle with his former business managers, Joel and Robert Mandel, charging them with fraud, after the actor found himself in a financial crisis.

The former business managers however cited Depp's spending as the problem, releasing a legal document detailing the 54-year-old's expenses.

While a lot of the expenses were as you'd expect - rental fees for storage warehouses to hold his Hollywood collectables (a whopping £380,000 worth) and a few splurges on Prada handbags and luggage, one of the purchases was a bit of a curveball, with the actor dropping a lot of money on the sofa from Keeping Up with the Kardashians for his daughter Lily-Rose Depp.

People were initially confused at the purchase as Johnny doesn't strike us as the biggest fan of the E! reality series, once rubbishing reality TV to Interview back in 2014. 'People get famous now for I don't know what,' he explained. 'People have reality shows because they're a Hollywood socialite, and these things become very successful and they generate a shitload of money for the company. And it's multiplying, to where you're literally looking into your next door neighbor's bathroom with reckless abandon. It is like watching a fire. You can't take your eyes off of it.'

It turns out however that the sofa wasn't a treat for himself, with the actor dropping $7,000 (over £5,000) on the Kardashian artifact as a gift for his daughter Lily-Rose.

There is no word as to which of the Kardashians' sofas Lily is now the proud owner of, but we're sure it's seen its fair share of drama over the years.
