Game of Thrones fans are annoying Emilia Clarke for this strange reason
So let's all stop comparing it to porn.
So let's all stop comparing it to porn.
Emilia Clarke first made a name for herself as Daenerys Targaryen, Mother of Dragons, in HBO series Game of Thrones, and as one of the leading roles in the series, no one has answered more questions about the show than her.
Game of Thrones - which is about to go into its final season (sob) - is rarely discussed without people bringing up the nudity aspect - something that Emilia Clarke has probably had to talk about in every interview to date.
But according to the actress, enough is enough, with the 31-year-old explaining her irritation at the subject in a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar.
‘I’m starting to get really annoyed about this stuff now,' she explained, going on to justify her argument. 'People say, “Oh, yeah, all the porn sites went down when Game of Thrones came back on".
According to Emilia however, the two aren't comparable and people need to stop, now.
‘I’m like, “The Handmaid’s Tale?” I fucking love that show, and I cried when it ended because I couldn’t handle not seeing it. That is all sex and nudity. There are so many shows centred around this very true fact that people reproduce. People fuck for pleasure - it’s part of life.’
