Daniel Radcliffe has just signed up for a very unexpected TV role
And we can’t wait to see it.
And we can’t wait to see it.
Daniel Radcliffe has put his name to many projects over the years: The Woman In Black, Imperium and of course the Harry Potter series.
With his big start in film and his most recent dedication to theatre, starring in everything from Equus to Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, the platform that Daniel has neglected the most is television.
That’s all about to change though, with Daniel recently getting involved in Peak TV, signing up for a brand new anthology comedy series, Miracle Workers, set to air on TBS in 2018.
The upcoming TV programme is said to be a workplace comedy set in heaven, with Daniel Radcliffe and Owen Wilson set to play the leading roles and comedy veteran Lorne Michaels coming in as executive producer.
The seven episode season will follow Craig (Radcliffe), a low ranking angel, filing and answering humanity’s prayers and assisting God (Owen Wilson).
Releasing a statement about the upcoming project, Brett Weitz, executive vice president of original programming for TBS announced: ‘Having Daniel Radcliffe and Owen Wilson join the TBS family is proof of the continued evolution of this comedy brand as the home of the most creative minds in the business.’
