The list of Insta-crazes and makeup trends is never ending. Not that I’m complaining – but the tornado that is social media can make it easy to miss a beauty baking craze or mannequin challenge from time to time.

December is known and loved as the month for full coverage, glitter and anything-goes makeup. So here we have yet another trend, but this time one that is actually achievable for any makeup novice. Welcome to Glitter strobing.
Oh yes, we’re talking cheekbones and brow bones that’ll be as lit as Coachella. It’s taken our Instagram feed by storm and has landed just in time for party season – and boy are we ready.
We vote to ditch the rest and pick this trend in time for summer festivities. You won’t need a make-up bag update, but what happens between you and your credit card has nothing to do with us.
To create this sparkly, sorry-not-sorry look, first apply Mac Strobe Cream in Pearlite, then your best highlighter to lock it onto the face. The finishing touch is to sprinkle individual pieces of glitter from a paint pot on the area for added glam. Believe me when I say every selfie will be #goals.
