The Rachel
Surely one of the most iconic celebrity haircuts of all time, Jennifer Aniston shot to fame as Friends' Rachel Green, but it was her 'do that really got people talking. Sparking thousands of copies, the Rachel, a shaggy layered look, was quite simply the hair phenomenon of the nineties. (1995)

On the Up
Click through and you'll notice that Jennifer is far more partial to loose locks than dabbling in updos, but dabble she did back in 1998, with this twisted, pinned-back style. Suddenly we see why she's not so partial to tresses-up experiments - this definitely is not a hair highlight! (1998)
Change of Seasons
As Friends edged into its third season, Jen ditched her much-copied 'do, growing it out into a sleeker, longer and lighter style. (1999)
Dreaded 'Do
Ok, so judging from the former slide, let's dub this era Jen's experimental phase! Like the previous look, she chose to wear her hair in twisted dreads to the 1999 Emmy Awards, although this time she left her tresses loose, with a top layer of tight faux dreadlocks. Interesting! (1999)

Long Days
At the 2000 Oscars, Jennifer's locks were at their longest, skimming low to almost navel-grazing levels, and looking blonder then ever. She showed off her signature finishing touches of the time - natural glowing make-up, and then-beau, Brad Pitt. (2000)
The Bob
From uber-long, to short! Jen chopped off her locks into a blunt bob in 2001, but she clearly wasn't a fan of the side-swept, shoulder-grazing look. She was soon growing her honey-hued hair out, and has never experimented with shorter hair since. (2001)
Still Growing
In 2002, Ms Aniston was still growing out that bob, and wore her locks with a soft curl and a smattering of darker toffee undertones. (2002)
Curly Girl
Stepping up to collect an Emmy, Jen worked loose corkscrew curls and radiant make-up. (2002)
Bangs On
Adding shape to her long locks, Jen added a side-swept fringe to her 'do in 2004, and ditched the lighter tones for a richer auburn shade. (2004)
Bun Notes
You've probably gathered that Ms Aniston is far more prone to loose locks on the red carpet, but we love this chic side-swept bun, which she wore to the premiere of Along Came Polly. Working outside of her beauty comfort zone, she ditched her signature nude lips for a pretty coral pout. Gorgeous! (2004)
Feather Frames
A hint of feathering frames Jen's face perfectly, while a pinned-back fringe adds a touch of laidback charm. (2004)
Pony Lover
The ponytail has become an Aniston favourite - she chose a high slicked-back style for an LA premiere in 2006. (2006)
Braidy Bunch
At the 2009 Oscars, a simple side plait in her fringe was all that was needed to glam up her golden beachy locks. (2009)
Keeping it casual
Jen's long locks look great swept back into a casual ponytail, and her soft side swept fringe prevents the style from looking to harsh. (2009)
Luxe Look
Jen upped the glamour factor with tumbling ringlet curls, at a 2009 LA Awards ceremony. (2009)
Bedhead
Jen, is that you? Looking uncharacteristically dischevelled, Ms Aniston eschewed the straighteners, opting for a wavy bedhead look for an appearance on David Letterman. A kirby grip completed her low-key look. (2010)

We can't help thinking that at 41, Jennifer Aniston is looking better than ever. The actress worked the publicity trail for flick The Bounty Hunter looked groomed to perfection, thanks to polished sleek honey locks, worn sleek and side swept, a glowing bronze complexion and radiant make-up. (2010)

While out promoting movie The Switch, Jen showed off the ultimate easy-to-achieve sleek updo - a side-swept ponytail. (2010)
Perfume girl
A gorgeously bronzed Ms Aniston utterly wowed at the launch of her first signature fragrance with fresh-faced radiant make-up and a volumised locks. (2010)

Although she has always erred on the lighter side when it comes to her locks, Jennifer worked her blondest look to date in 2010, switching her typical caramel tones for sunnier highlights.
Curly girl
In the same week she turned 42, Jennifer Aniston was looked as flawless as ever at the premiere of Just Go With It, with that signature radiant make-up and soft loose curls. How does she do it? (2011)
Shorty
Ms A revealed a new sleek bob as she promoted new movie, Just Go With It, in Madrid, just a night after stepping out at the Berlin premiere with her mane its typical below-the-shoulder length. The chin-grazing style is the shortest the actress has dared to cut her locks since 2000, when she opted for a similar style. (2011)
