Adriana, Alessandra, Karlie and co will be gracing the Victoria's Secret catwalk in London tonight, so we decided to find out how they stay in such awe-inspiring shape. Here's what they've revealed about their regimes, straight from the Angel's mouth...
Alessandra Ambrosio
Diet: 'I like to wake up and have Eggs Benedict with a cappuccino and orange juice. And then for lunch, I’ll have rice, beans and chicken or meat. And salad because I love salad. [For supper] I would have Japanese food, like sushi or some Japanese barbecue.' Exercise: 'I love doing yoga and I love to play volleyball on the beach with my friends - that's one of my favourite things.'
Lily Aldridge
Diet: 'It changes. Last night we had spaghetti bolognese and a chocolate pudding. Today, I’m going for sushi. Everything in moderation - I don’t eat hamburgers every day but, if I want a hamburger, I’ll have a hamburger. I eat really clean and healthy most of the time but I think you need to indulge a little.' Exercise: 'I switch it up between warm yoga and Ballet Beautiful.'
Lindsay Ellingson
Diet: 'I think it’s sexier and more feminine to be more full. So I add almond butter, peanut butter [and] protein shakes to my diet, just to feel a little sexier and curvier.' Exercise: 'I do hip-hop classes, because it’s fun [and] it’s a great workout. You’re not even thinking about the workout, because it’s just so much fun.'

Karlie Kloss
Diet: 'I carry a picnic in my purse at all times, with things like hot chocolate packets and oatmeal packets - things you can just add hot water to on the go. And I like Kind granola bars, or an apple - I like to have little things that I can just eat. I’m the queen of snacks. All the other models always know that I’m good for a snack and especially for a cookie.' Exercise: 'I love biking, especially in New York City... I bike all the way up to Central Park, through Central Park and back down. It’s my favourite thing to do. It’s not exercise. It’s fun!'
Doutzen Kroes
Diet: 'I stop drinking a month before the show, and no sugar. I still eat carbs because to have just protein and vegetables for me, it doesn't work. But I eat one potato with some fish and greens - very basic and happy food.' Exercise: 'When I am in NYC I always go for a run outside, along the Hudson River, and I really love that. But I also do lots of boxing and jump rope training. I love to really sweat and have a tough workout and so my best workouts are mostly cardio. They do good but they make you feel good at the same time. I do Pilates for stretching and posture, but I don't really like it. I bring my jump rope with me everywhere I go.'
Candice Swanepoel
Diet: 'To feel good and healthy, I eat a lot of vegetables, drink a lot of water, and I eat a lot of meat like steak because I want to build muscle. I’ll indulge in pasta, pizza and lots of yummy things.'
Exercise: 'Yoga is one of my favourite ways [to work out]... It's nice to just be able to stretch and work on your body but also your mind. Boxing has always worked really well for me as a full-body workout. I like something that's fast; you really feel like you're getting the energy up.'
Adriana Lima
Diet: 'It's important to watch what you eat - protein, a little bit of carbs, and vegetables... Sometimes I'll do a pancake [for breakfast]. And I love chocolate and coconut cake. I'm crazy for coconut.'
Exercise: 'I've been doing boxing for many years - over 10 years… I found this workout because I'm really an energetic person. I love challenges, I love intensity and I also like to challenge my mind... You use a lot of concentration.'
