Balance Me Beauty Sleep Hyaluronic Mist: a new way to beat anxiety and wrinkles
The first of its kind, Balance Me Beauty Sleep Hyaluronic Mist merits the hype. This two-in-one skin and sleep treatment is designed to iron out wrinkles while also alleviating sleepless nights as a result of stress.

There’s another point of difference to your garden-variety sleep mist: rather than spritzing it on your pillow and bedlinen, you spray the Balance Me Sleep Hyaluronic Mist on your chest.
How does it work?
Chamomile, lavender, frankincense and cedarwood are all essential oils known for their power to ground you by reducing blood pressure and encouraging deep breathing as you relax.
‘The body’s heat helps to activate the essential oils for an aromatherapy treatment that helps you to sleep more deeply,’ says Clare Hopkins, co-founder of Balance Me.
The Balance Me Sleep Hyaluronic Mist also contains full-spectrum CBD oil, which won't get you stoned but works on our endocannabinoid system.
Our bodies actually make their own cannabis-type chemical called anandamide, also known as the 'bliss molecule', so CBD oil can elevate its levels and improve inflammation and mood.
‘It was important to use full-spectrum CBD as it contains over 100 different compounds called cannabinoids from the hemp plant, not just one,’ says Hopkins. ‘It is now believed that full-spectrum CBD is more effective at reducing anxiety and helping to improve the quality of sleep.’

But the real fairy tale for your décolleté – AKA one of the most neglected parts of our bodies – is the addition of hyaluronic acid, a molecule that occurs naturally in the skin and binds water to collagen, so that your skin looks plumper and more hydrated.
Try this calming ritual
If you don't want your body to feel like it's trapped in the spin cycle of a washing machine, you need to address your shallow breathing.
Inhaling through the mouth, holding the breath and taking in less air, can keep the body in a cycle of stress. Make deep breathing your goal as it lowers stress in the body by sending a message to your brain and body to relax.
Bonus: a study by Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience and the Global Brain Health Institute found that deep, consistent breathing exercises also affects levels of noradrenaline in the brain, a natural chemical messenger that helps us to focus better.
Calm a busy mind by combining a spritz of the Balance Me Beauty Sleep Hyaluronic Mist with this deep breathing exercise:
Step 1: Breathe out, emptying your lungs of air Step 2: Breathe in quietly through your nose for 4 seconds Step 3: Hold the breath for a count of 7 seconds Step 4: Exhale forcefully through the mouth, pursing the lips and make a whoosh sound for 8 seconds Step 5: Repeat the cycle up to 4 times
Then, sweet dreams…
