The days are getting shorter and getting up out of bed is becoming that much harder. But, there are a few superfoods that can help you combat that and give you back your bounce. And the best part? Most of them come in the form of powder, so you can add them to delicious morning smoothies or sprinkle over your porridge. Here's what to get...
Wheatgrass
High in vitamin E, zinc and copper, wheatgrass helps to protect cells from oxidative stress and reduce the damage that this causes. Not only that, it's also high in calcium which supports maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
