Rachel Bilson fronts fashion line

Rachel Bilson stars in the first ad campaign for her new fashion line for DKNY, Edie Rose.

The 26-year old OC actress models her own designs in the images, which sees her star alongside a series of models in urban inspired scenes.

Bilson has put her acting duties on hold to develop the range, telling WWD earlier this year, 'This line is my main focus right now' she said, ' I can't draw at all, so I won't be doing any sketches, but I am learning to sew. I think it's important to know more about the whole process of making clothes.'

She joins a long line of celebrity designers that have chosen to star in their own advertisments, including Kate Moss for Topshop (see the pics here) and Madonna for H&M.

The range will debut in high-end US stores this September.
