Posh shops at Kitson

Victoria Beckham shopping at Kitson Rex Features

Victoria Beckham made what could be considered a strategic shopping trip today, when she stepped into LA boutique Kitson.

Just days after Kitson owner Fraser Ross told People magazine that he believed the Spice Girl was not doing enough to promote her dVb fashion line, she stepped into the store, in a pair of her eponymous jeans.

Although Ross has since retracted his comments, he prompted rumours that the line was doing badly when he told the US magazine, 'She's not supporting the line. It's not good for her brand and not good for her endorsements.'

He added, 'Victoria lives fifteen minutes from the store. That's just bad business.'

Well, Posh clearly took his comments to heart, and arrived at the store in a pair of flared dVb jeans, a fitted jacket, and quilted Chanel handbag.

I was in Kitson, LA when she came in- the wiff of arrogance was shocking, as she strutted to the back room, ignoring everyone who was smiling at her or attempting to say 'hello'....she is everything she seems in the flesh- super skinny (her hair looks weird and HUGE on her tiny frame!!) and arrogant beyond belief. If I was one of the most photographed woman, Id use it to raise awareness for good causes, not for my 'jeans range'...meaningful, eh??
