Doctor Who star Karen Gillan treated fans to the ultimate surprise at ComicCon over the weekend - by stepping out with a newly shaved head.
The British beauty, who usually wears waist-length long locks, arrived on stage wearing a shoulder-length wig, before taking it off to reveal her smooth head before the cameras.
Showing off the brave new 'do, she told shocked fans: ‘It’s liberating. I think everyone here should shave their heads.'
Wow.
The flame-haired beauty - who starred as Doctor Who's assistant Amy Pond in the hit sci-fi show - showed off her dramatic makeover as she arrived to promote her latest film role at the famous movie convention.

Karen stars in Marvel film Guardians of the Galaxy, as Nebula, alongside Zoe Saldana, Lee Pace and Benicio Del Toro.
Earlier this months, rumours began swirling over who would replace British actor Matt Smith in the Doctor Who role.
Hollywood matriarch Helen Mirren emerged as an unlikely frontrunner, amid rumours the next Doctor would be female.
But the actress has since ruled herself out of the role.
‘I do think it’s well over-time to have a female Doctor Who,' she said. 'I think a gay, black female Doctor Who would be the best of all.’
Confirming she won't be taking on the part, she added: ‘I’m not going to be the first female Doctor Who, no, no, no, absolutely not, I absolutely wouldn’t contemplate that.'
