Angelina Jolie returned to the red carpet last night for her first public appearance since announcing that she bravely underwent a preventative double mastectomy.
Wearing a stunning floor-length black Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane dress with elegant ruching and a sheer panel under her chest, the A-list actress looked happy and healthy as she strolled the special black carpet with her fiance.
Brad Pitt, dressed casually in black trousers, a black v-neck tee, blazer and sexy aviator sunglasses, could barely keep his hands of Ange. No wonder she was glowing!
The mum-of-six spoke to the press in London for the first time since her operation, and told Sky News: "I feel great, I feel wonderful and I am very, very grateful for all the support. It has meant a lot to me.
"He (Brad Pitt) has been extraordinary, just extraordinary. He’s just such a wonderful man and a wonderful father, and I am very, very lucky.
"I have been very happy just to see the discussion about women's health expanded and that means the world to me.

"After losing my mum to these issues, I’m very grateful for it, and I’ve been very moved by the kind support from people."
Angelina's attendance at the premiere in London meant she missed the funeral of her aunt, Debbie Martin, who passed away last week from breast cancer. The star's decision to undergo a double mastectomy came after she discovered that she had an 87 per cent chance of developing breast cancer and a 50 per cent chance of contracting ovarian cancer. It's thought that she plans to have her ovaries removed in the near future.
Brad told Sky News that he was "very proud" of his wife-to-be. He said: "I'm just relieved that that's not gonna be the thing that takes her out. The biggest fear as a father is keeping the family alive and safe and together and that she did that for us ... I get a bit teary eyed."
These gorgeous pictures of the showbiz pair have brightened our morning no end. What an incredible lady.
