I understand it must be hard to be followed around by the press all the time, but although it cant be pleasant, surely Sienna must understand that press attention and invasion of privacy is almost guaranteed in her line of work.
It annoys me that she'll probably sue and win a lot of money. Many people (like myself) have been victims of crime, and struggle to win adequate compensation for crimes committed against them, yet celebs receive money for being photographed, which I see as part of their job.

She's annoying, the guy is married for crying out loud! What is she suing the papers for? She was there topless for all to see, she knows she gets followed by papparazzi. She needs to get a life.

She is only famous for her publicity, not for her acting abilities. If she wants that to change, there should be some thought about what she does in the public eye. Even if photographers weren't there to take snaps, she is in full view of others.

Whilst we cannot comment on what happens behind closed doors regarding the state of his marriage, no one really knows what happens between closed doors, she cannot be upset if she wants to parade in public naked and kissing her current beau. Whether he be single, married, seperated, rich or poor.

She doesn't deserve to receive a payout as she is on a boat outside. If she wanted no one to see, she should have covered up and kept her lips to herself!

Oh come on, just because she's a celebrity, it doesn't mean that she gave up all rights to privacy. Did she sign a contract somewhere saying anyone's allowed to snap her on holiday? If someone snapped a pic of you drunk and published them in the papers labeling it "classic example of teenagers getting drunk and posing a problem to society" are you gonna sit back and say "oh well, my bad for getting drunk in public"?
Obviously stars aren't gonna sue for good publicity, it's common sense, but it's equally common sense they're going to try and protect their integrity so when are the tabloids gonna learn not to push the wrong buttons?
After all - she's just a star, not the cause of global warming, so exercise some discretion, sheesh!
