Lindsay Lohan confirms gay love affair

Lindsay Lohan has finally confirmed what everybody was guessing – that she is in a relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson.

The couple have been inseparable since the start of the year, but neither have denied or confirmed they are in a romantic relationship – until now.

Speaking at her 22nd birthday celebrations, Lindsay told The Sun: 'I just wanna live a happy healthy year, continue on the path that I've been on and be with the person I care about. And my family. '

Lohan enjoyed an Eighties-themed birthday bash at LA hotspot Teddy's – where she wore a white ruffled D&G number – and was joined by Samantha and mum Dina.

The actress continued her celebration with a subsequent trip to Disneyland, where her and Samantha were seen enjoying the Alice in Wonderland ride.

Samantha has since posted a picture of the pair kissing on her MySpace page, and even treated Lindsay to an £11,000 ring on a recent shopping trip.

It must be love!

I wonder if this is maybe why she was in rehab...because she was in denile that she was gay, and afriad...now that she has come out, i am hoping that she will be happy and remain sober, because there is no more pressure for her self

She IS a role model- it's called being TRUE to YOURSELF. Its obvious she really cares about her and I think that its wonderful she found someone that makes her happy. It sickens me that people think so low of her now that she has found happiness and remains sober.

What a poor role model Lindsey is to so many young girls out there. There is so much that she can and should be doing with her life.

OMG whats happening to the poor girl? I am such a big fan on Lindsey and what ever they said about her in the papers never changed my opinion of her but her being gay is so out of character!
