Posh and Becks – as they’ve been dubbed by the media – met at a charity football match in 1997, prompting David to ask for the Spice Girl’s number. After a passionate – and quick – courtship, the pair announced their engagement in 1998, and were married a year later at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland on 4 July. In 2008, England footballing ace David announced he was accepting a contract with the LA Galaxy soccer team, and the picture-perfect pair – and their three children Brookyln, Romeo and Cruz - decamped to America. David and Victoria Beckham have sent gossip hounds into meltdown after allegedly spending three hours in a private room at the Las Vegas branch of Spearmint Rhino.

Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist Norm Clarke reports: 'Spies say they spent three hours in a private room. When Beckham walked in, I'm told, the scene looked like a jail break.'

A spokesperson for Spearmint Rhino wasn't available to comment on the rumours when PopCrunch.com got in contact, but the couple certainly was in the city at the time: Posh to perform with the Spice Girls and David to watch the Ricky Hatton-Floyd Mayweather fight.

Clearly Posh knows more than one way to spice up her life.
