Kate Middleton, Poppy Delevingne, Kim Kardashian - there have been a fair few celebrity weddings in recent years, each with a stunning wedding gown and some equally stunning photos.

From Fearne Cotton and Jesse Wood, who finally tied the knot in a secret ceremony in 2014, Kate Middleton and Prince William's breathtaking royal wedding in 2011, through Kim and Kanye's star studded bash, right through to Kate Moss and Jamie Hince with their very cool, country festival-style nuptials – it's safe to say that we're obsessed with the A-list's weddings.

When celebrities get married, we look forward to seeing the splendour, the dress, and all the VIP attendees looking their finest, and we've rounded-up all the best pics to get you inspired.

Sure, you may not have Kanye performing a bespoke rap for you, Alexa Chung as a guest, or Lady Gaga showing up in something utterly bonkers, but you can definitely take a few things away from how the A-listers roll when it comes to weddings.

For example, who can forget the Royal wedding in 2011? Duchess Kate had the most amazing gown, designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, and the world and his wife tuned in to watch the Royal family arrive to celebrate Prince William and Kate Middleton's big day. It will definitely go down as one of history's most famous weddings.

And then there was Kanye and Kim Kardashian's lavish Italian wedding ceremony, which took place in 2014. The bride wore a gorgeous Haute Couture Givenchy gown for the event, before changing into a pearl encrusted mini dress by Balmain for the evening affair. Their daughter North, who was then 11 months old, apparently couldn't stop excitedly clapping for her parents (awwww).

With a 2.5 metre cake, a whole series of Elie Saab and Dior Couture dresses and goodie bags for guests including a mobile phone, it will take a lot for any other celebrity to recreate such a spectacle.
