Lily hit the music scene with a loud bang in the summer of 2006 with her number one single, Smile and the popstrel followed this with a nomination for Best British Album at the Brit Awards. Her take on ska/pop tunes heralded a new sound for the noughties.
Since then, Lily's rise to fame has been unprecedented with her regular outpourings on her MySpace page, collaborations with DJ Mark Ronson, becoming the new face of lingerie label Agent Provocateur and of course, being the daughter of Keith Allen. The singer suffered a miscarriage on 16 January 2008 after returning from holiday with then boyfriend, Ed Simons from The Chemical Brothers. Lily is now reportedly dating Gavin and Stacey star, James Corden.
