Self-confessed It girl, Paris Hilton has achieved fame in many areas and, as the oldest daughter of four, is in line to receive a share in her father's fortune from the Hilton Hotel and real estate companies.
Having started modelling as a child appearing in TV commercials, series and bit parts in movies, Paris is best known for her reality show The Simple Life. Her less savoury moment of fame came when ex-boyfriend Rick Saloman leaked a sex tape featuring Paris onto the internet.
Paris wrote her autobiography in 2004 and released her first album Paris in 2006, produced under her own record label, Heiress Records. She has also assisted in the design for product lines for Amazon.com and Parlux Fragrances, amongst others. Paris is currently dating musician Benji Madden.
